Which nuts are easy for you to digest? Which nuts are hard?

I love ALL nuts but alas they don't feel the same about me.

But I can't resist a little nibble. I think probably RAW nuts in small quantities and WELL CHEWED are ok for me though.I'm willing to risk it occassionally

I have yet to find a 'safe' kind of nut, despite my love of them. I would guess things like cashews without a kind of skin may be slightly better but I stick to only a couple chewed well.

Ive accepted that at least untl i am closer to something approaching remission nuts are not my friend right now lol. I can eat peanut *butter* but that isnt really the same thing i know

The only nuts I can tolerate are smooth nut butters and nut milks. Any solid pieces of nut bother me.

I find that I can tolerate few skinless walnuts or macadamia nuts. They are both softer than many other nuts.

No nuts at all for me. Before I had a stoma, they gave me problems. I read that soaking them made them easier to digest, tried that, but it didn't. Same with seeds. Since I got a stoma I haven't risked trying any. I have smooth peanut butter, that's it. I don't miss nuts except the ones in Cadbury's fruit and but bars and the ones on top of cornettos, though luckily my favourite cornettos are strawberry ones. I have eaten nut ones since having a stoma but I picked the nuts off.
