White cloudy substance with urination?

Has anyone ever noticed a white, cloudy substance post urination? I have noticed it for quite some time...I don't think it's actually in my urine stream, but big drops of cloudy white stuff falling into the toilet after I am finished urinating. I have a lot of mucous in my BMs, so I thought maybe that's it's source. It could possibly be coming from my fistula as well? I have been tested for a UTI and it came back negative. Just wondering if anyone has an explanation. My lymph node behind my left ear has been swollen for quite some time, so I worry about infection. Any thought would be helpful.

Since a UTI has been ruled out, it could be some ordinary mucous If the mucous turns green or a different color then you should see a doctor about it. I have cloudy urine on and off as well. I seem to produce more mucous when my bowel is active. As for the fistula, draining maybe someone here can provide more answers for you.
