Woohoo Vandy here I come

Tomorrow I have a 9 o'clock appointment at Vandy to see Crohn's specialist who further specializes in perianal Crohn's with Dr. David Schwartz. I can't wait. It's supposed to be a 3 hour appointment first meeting with a nutritionist, then Dr. Schwartz, and finally a psychologist. I'm not looking forward to the phsychologist but other then that I can't wait. There is a possibility he may want to see my insides tomorrow so I may have to stay over night but I don't care. I have to miss three classes tomorrow but I don't think it's a big deal and I may have to miss Chemistry on Friday but it doesn't matter. As long as I can get some kind of treatment. I don't know how I'm going to get through my chem lab tonight because all I can think about right now is tomorrow. I hope everything is doing okay. Thanks for reading.

Hey Jeff! Great to hear you got an appointment so soon. I really hope it goes well for you! I'm not familiar with Dr. Schwartz, my doc is Dr. Lindsey. So far the docs that I've had appointments with there have been wonderful.

Keep us posted on how it goes.

I will. I have to leave really early which is going to really suck. I found out that someone cancelled so I was able to be pushed up and you know what I'll take it. I have to get ready for chem lab. I really don't want to go right now.

That's great Jeff. I don't think I've ever spoken to a doctor for more than 10 minutes in one sitting about my condition. That would be encouraging to get a more detailed approach. All the best! Hope they have some other answers, or maybe a better approach than what you've been getting.
