Hey...new to the forum...just had question about workout supplements. Has anyone had any success with them, especially preworkout? Been trying to gain some size in the gym, but flare ups and pain always make it tough. Personally I've only used preworkout a couple times and I've always gotten flare ups or pain the next day. Lately I've just been going with nothing, but I'd like to get the extra boost they provide. Protein shakes haven't been too bad, some bloating but nothing unbearable, if anyone has had any success with specific types that would be great. Last thing: has anyone experienced pain or flare ups after ab workouts? Maybe it's just me, but I'm always feeling extra bloated or pain after doing crunches or other ab exercises. Been wanting to workout abs, but don't want to risk getting pain. Thank you for all your help!
