So right now its about 8:30 in the morning where I live and I haven't slept all night.

Anyway I am currently on 6-mp(50 mg) an immunosuppressant. I have a cold; swollen throat/tonsils, swollen lymph nodes(glands?), stuffy nose, and I think I'm starting to have a fever. Since its Sunday theres no way to get intouch with my GI or PCP. Would it be okay to take nyquil to try and help relieve the cold? I've heard that I can take it, but then I heard I can't. Does anyone know?

You can call and ask your pharmacist. They should be able to tell you about drug interactions.

Wait until you talk to your doctor. This is a case for your primary/general practice doctor. Even without any kind of interaction they may not want your symptoms suppressed when you see them. It's harder to tell how someone is progressing with a sinus infection when they take a bunch of decongestants and hard to tell if someone has an infection if they've taken fever-suppressors and so on. Taking it afterward is a different story.

If you can't get in on monday and you develop a fever at any time go to urgent care if available, or the emergency room if you have to. Because you are on immuno-suppresants you can not afford to tolerate any kind of infection. A cold or flu can quickly develop into pneumonia for you and land you in the hospital. It could also be any of a number of opportunistic infections that wouldn't affect other people. Basically, behave like you have a mild case of AIDS.
