I also suffer with constipation and have found that adding ground flax to my food helps move things right along. If you don't have problems with fiber, it's a great, natural option.

I did a little experiment and went off LDN for a week. I was more tired in the afternoons. That was about it. I know we're all different but it didn't make much difference for me.
