Need Explanation of How LDN Works For Dummies!

I'm not sure. I don't suffer from arthritis or any other extraintestinal manifestations but I have read about people with rheumatoid arthritis getting relief from LDN over time. The thing with LDN is that it takes a long time to work for Crohn's so if you have anything major going on, you should...

Need Explanation of How LDN Works For Dummies!

From LDNscience.org The endorphins that are produced help heal the body. I think that's as simple as it gets! I hope that helped. I don't think it is even completely understood how it works in Crohn's by the scientists that are studying it. I could be wrong. If that wasn't a good enough...

    Starting LDN!

A while back I was reading on a mens forum about LDN and some there said that after a month of LDN it raised their testosterone levels. I haven't been able to find any official papers on this but it makes sense. Probably why I had shoot off into space energy the first month I was on it. With...

    Constipation help

I also suffer with constipation and have found that adding ground flax to my food helps move things right along. If you don't have problems with fiber, it's a great, natural option.

    My Quest for LDN

Thanks, Joshuaaa! I've actually been supplementing with L-glutamine for the past few years now. I believe it helps with glutathione. I should read more about how the two are related. I'll look for the thread

    My Quest for LDN

Went to my new GI today. I really like him and his nurse! We went over everything and they agree that entocort is what I will try to get this little bit of inflammation down. I actually overhead the doctor tell the nurse that I have one of the mildest cases he's seen lately. So, apparently over...

    Index of all the literature

I think the ones that doubt it have no business being a doctor. If you aren't willing to trust in the science then you should pack up your stethoscope and go home. I'm not sure who said it.... maybe it was Neil Degrasse Tyson "The good thing about science is that it's true whether or not you...

Has anyone heard of using coconut for Crohn's?

If I'm not eating a spoonful of it straight, I'm putting it in my tea. Cleared up a rash on my boyfriend with it. Coconut oil is a powerhouse of awesomeness IMHO.
