Is it normal or should I tell my GI! I feel so sick like my colon is unhappy with me it was straight watery poop :( I am a little scared :(

Definitely tell your GI, accidents mean your probably in a bad flare. Should cease when you go into remission

It's sad it say its "normal" but I've experienced this quite a bit too...it could mean you are flaring or in some sort of digestive distress....also when I got c-diff that happened as well!

Let your doctor know and hopefully they won't be common and you feel better!

Its fairly normal but cant say its because of a flare up, I've never yet reached remission, and suffer with my cd every day, was diagnosed in 2000, tried almost every med going cant remember them all, pentasa, infliximab and now Humira weekly.

I have accidents at least once a week, never go out without a change of clothing, and always wear a pad when out just in case, you can now get pads for bowel which help keep it safe until you get to a restroom to change.

Emily, always tell your GI everything. Best thing actually is a diary with short daily entries so your Gi can determine the level of your (subjective) inflammation.

What meds are you on? Are you generally doing fine or not regular pain, cramps, fever, gas etc.?

alright i will start doing that! and for crohns i am on humira and that is all!

Check out the information on this board on vitamin therapy and sport. Humira is fine, but that's just the conventional treatment.

Re "accidents", well *!#<?°! happens... ;-). But seriously, it is what it is, during the time my Crohn was active, I had to cope with them quite often. It's embarrassing, but hey, you can't help it.

Straight watery diarrhea is something you should talk to your GI about, it means you have quite some activity (if it persists).

Hey, I have been having up to 4 accidents a day. It's awful and I'm tired of it. I have until May 22nd to see my new GI. I'd defiantly report it to yours. Sorry!!!!

Good luck with the Colonoscopy! For me accidents are normal at night. If I had one during the day, I would report to doctor asap. I am glad you reported it and hopefully it is nothing to worry about!
