For the first time today I had a few bowel movements that were of a different colour. They were a pale/light yellow tinged colour, maybe a like a tan brown. Ive never experienced anything like this before, so am probably a bit confused as to why this has happened. I can't think of anything that Ive eaten to make it like that.
There is something else I have also noticed, but dont have a clue as to what it is. When I empty my bladder or my bowels. On the left of my stomach i have some movement. Like a muscle movement. I dont even have to be straining for it to happen. It doesnt create any pain either. When I mentioned it briefly to the specialist they said its likely to be my bowel. I wish I had asked them to explain. Can your bowel move like that when going to the toilet? If it can,why would that be happening?
