Crohn's pain or muscle pain?

I have had this new pain now for a couple of days and I can't tell if its a groin pain or Crohn's pain.
It is like a sharp pain that comes and goes, and is very very low on my abdomen. It almost feels like a pulled groin muscle but I havent been to the gym in 2 days so I'm not sure.
It is located on my lower right side, but on my pubic area. Its about 3 inches above and 2 inches to the right of my penis. What do you guys think?
Ever since I was diagnosed I can't stop but think that everything is Crohn's related.........

Are you taking any meds? Specifically, Levaquin or Cipro?

could also be an Inaugural Hernia if you lift a lot of weights at the gym.
