Does Bloody, Watery Diarrhea Burn?

Can anyone help me identify if I am having blood in my stool?

My situation has gotten much worse in the last month and the doctor thinks i have a stricture in my small intestine.

In the last two weeks I have noticed multiple times when my stool is almost black, but because its always diarrhea its hard to identify whether that is blood. I haven't been eating vegetables, but have a fast transit time and so it could be very dark dark green?

In the last day, I have started going to the bathroom multiple times, but it was only the last couple that it was red and watery. It started out light red, and as the burning started and increased with each event, so did the intensity of the colour until it was almost burgundy.

What do you guys think?

Yes it can burn and yes, it does sound like you most likely have blood coming out of your rear. Of course, the more you go the more your bottom will hurt and you'll feel the pain (no matter how much you try you'll start getting raw there from wiping so often). So, I'm sure that's part of it as well. I know that when I was really sick there were many times that all I passed was bright red blood.

I'm sorry to hear that you're dealing with this though. And, hope your doctor is working with you in order to help you feel better. Sending you lots of hugs...

Zinc cream same as that used for babies can help the soreness...
You should check soon like today or tomorrow with your doctor regarding the blood loss...they likevto know about this so that your hemoglobin level can be monitored and also to check for possible infections
