ok, i have only found this fairly new happening to me,
does it ever hurt when you pass urine?
i have had tests and they show i dont have a bladder infection or anything so im guessing maybe only when i flare up it pushes onto my bladder or something, whenever i go to the toilet its like a stabbing pain in my penis and my stomach

yet again this only happens when i get my flare ups, which is most of the damn time it drives me crazy, i wake up sometimes with my penis aching and then i have to go to the toilet and it hurts its driving me absolutely :ybatty: i'd just like to know if it happens to anyone els and have they been able to fix it?

I've had pain when urinating and also when I'm have to go it feels like my bladder is being pressed on (probably because it is I'm guessing). I'm not sure what the correlation is though. I've had every freakin scan known to man-kind and nothing ever showed up as being related to my bladder/urinary tract.

yeah it feels exactly like that ><
i cant stand the pain, only time its not there is when i am having a good week

Well, not sure how common these are, but I get these spasms/heaves/convulsions of the bowel muscles during my worst times as I pass stool. As if the body is trying to expel the stool on it's own involuntarily, and the best way to describe it is like the convulsion you'd get if you were vomiting. I lock up and my bowels push on their own...anyone else get that?

My point is that when I am doing this, my bladder/urinary tract also gets pushed and I urinate a little while my body is doing this convulsing...after enough of this, weeks or months....I'll eventually get a tad sore in the urinary vacinity from all the pushing, as we all know the pelvic floor muscles to excrete stool also can push urine out too...Maybe that's your answer?

You could have an abscess. I had one and I got that exact feeling. Do you have any leakage. Ask your doctor about an abscess. Best of luck.

I've had this problem last year. Saw 3 urologists , did all tests (ultrasound, blood tests, urine tests) and everything was normal. It just went away on its own, but after 6 months of suffering !!!!!!!

i cant wait any longer!! im sure this has gone longer then 6months
and yes theres a little leakage

This happens every once in a while for me too. I get inflammation that goes away with the use of NSAIDs. I think sometimes it's a urinary tract infection but it goes away on it's own by the end of the day and then strikes me out of the blue again some time weeks later, usually during a flare up. I'm very surprised to hear that other people with crohn's get this. Is it just us males or are there any females here that encounter this?
