Ok, so Iv noticed that many of you taking medicines for crohns, suffer the headache side effect. My headaches have been so much better, and I'm about to wean Pred on Sunday again, but this afternoon, Iv just got such a flu feeling again, and even little sound seems to aggravate it.

So, had a lot less sustagen today (normally have mainly that with sugar through the day), so sugar cravings with candida finally going away thanks to nizoral?...but then I may have an infected tooth, my cheek slightly swollen, and I got antibiotics just yesterday for it. So their starting to work and the prednisone masked infection?

I keep taking a flu capsule when I get a congested feeling, and Iv been trying to keep fluids and electrolyte balance up, because that causes headache too, but do you guys have headaches where noise seems to hurt. Not the ear, I can't explain, like when you have a migraine and it feels like relief to close your eyes, that's how I feel when it's quiet this avo.

Could the candida meds and antibiotics be working, because the first few days, that can make symptoms worse can't it?

Irene, I don't know what antibiotics you are on, but I almost always feel sick on them. If they are strong antibiotics, I often feel dizzy, nauseated and weak for at least the first few days.

I don't get headaches often, but I think I know what you are talking about. It feels like every tiny noise causes massive pain, like my brain is loose, banging around inside my skull.

Hope it goes away for you soon, how much longer are you on the antibiotics?

Thank you, me too. One of them is amoxicilin 500, had those plenty of times, the other Iv never had, metronidazole 400g. Three, and twice a day.
I think it's common for symptoms to feel worse at first, but with the other little side effects Iv had, I kept thinking..'please don't tell me this is now an ear infection as well'. I see my gp next week, then GI the following, for other issues, so if need be, I'll ask him to check my ears too :/
Thanks for your reply, don't think Iv had probs with antibiotics before, but I suppose, taking the crohns, meds, candida, low bp into account, it's just another thing for the body to metabolize. :(
