Don't understand what happened

I tried to go to the bathroom twice while at the library. I couldn't do anything. Five minutes after leaving the library, I had incontinence.

Man that is weird. Maybe a food reaction? or a virus? I sure hope that doesn't keep happening to you. I have had similar things happen now and again but there seems to be no clear culprit.

Could it be a prostate symptom? I'm only in my late 30s but lately when I get the urge to urinate it's very intense, like I haven't urinated all day or something, but the volume of urine is normal.

Hey Ron thats a terrible experience , dont know what could have caused it but it has happened to me before as well , you feel you need to go and then nothing and then a little while later sharp cramps and you know the rest ,
Before my op I never went out without some padding in my underwear , at least then I had some protection ,
Hope you get over the experience soon and dont let it prevent you getting out and about , sorry I can't give you any explanation but this disease defies explanations in a lot of ways ,
