Hey everyone....well Im gona tell you some really good news.....finally...bc this disease seems to keep leaving me with bad news. For the last couple days, with exception of my killer back, I am finally having regular bm's!! I mean like normal color, hard, and only one to two times a day!! Could this be the begining for a bit of normallcy for me......I hope and I pray.....but I think so. Ive not had pain for a while, my d has slowed way down, Im not seeing blood or mucus, and things seem to be improving for me.....OMG....Im so excited....but skeptical....kinda too good to be true....I dont see GI till end of June so four more weeks of Entocort and Pentasa.....I cant wait to get off.

Yes that does sound like good news! hope you stay like that for ages!
word of advice tho, from an old Crohnie!
don't come off the Pentasa, you're probably gonna need this forever as your maintenance drug to keep you in remission, it helps to maintain a healthy gut and ward off inflammation, I've taken it for 5 years and altho I'm feeling good at the mo, I'm not gonna stop taking it, just my opinion Bev, it's up to you of course!

Thanks guys....yea, I tried to come off my meds too soon and ended up sick again....so I will listen to the drs and do as they say...even if that means being on the blue-green pills as my 3 year old calls them. Thanks guys~

So Update: I seem to be doing well, this is a record number of days Ive been feeling good since my diagnosis. I noticed today after I got super stressed out, I started having a stomach ache....so no stress, and hopefully things will continue to improve~

Seems to be another good day...so far. My guts rumbled ALL night last night, but no pain...just loud. Im so very excited, I hope I continue to do well. Thanks for all your support guys
