How would those who have duodendum ulcers describe their pain? I believe I have reoccurrence of duodendum ulcers causing a burning and dull pain on empty stomach I feel the pain in the area between and just below the rib cage. Sometimes on some days I don't notice the pain unless I breathe deeply and then that seems to aggravate it. I do take iron and have problems w/straining and constipation which I don't think is helping things....just want the pain to go away. Taking pantaprazole but it takes awhile to kick in
