Fecal loading + hard to empty out +leakage

Does anyone here have fecal loading and not being able to empty out properly at the same time you have leakage and diarrhea but always have stool coming.

I have fecal loading problems but at the same time leakage and undigested D what do you do to combat this is there any meds I can try my doctor has no solution to this.

yeah kind off I get like small pieces all day and I get leakage as well cause my bowel and stool doesn't absorb the water fully Like today I started taking 30mg of predniselone again and I actually passed lot's of stool some of it was actually formed but still not a good colour and lot's of undigested stuff in it.
