Untreated crohns tends to have an elevated fecal caloprotectin (stool test )?
In 1000’s if flaring
Depending on the lab above 50 or 120 is borderline.
My kiddo tends to stay below 15 when his crohns is in remission .
High 160’s when he starts to flare .
 
Anyone having Chrons disease with normal fecal protein?

Absolutely. My friend's son always has normal calpro < 50 no matter how much inflammation he has. He could be in ER and his calpro wouldn't lift a finger. It's really a wild case.
