I am feeling extremely blessed to be where I am right now. While I have been sick I have discovered that my boss's son has UC and because of that she has been extremely sympothetic to my symptoms and the need to be off so much and today while talking with our HR person about our leave transfer program and FMLA discovered that her mother has Crohn's and they are being so helpful to me in this time.
The disease its self sucks and having kids who have been sick on and off over the past few months sucks as well but I realize that so many of you don't have boss's that sympothize or understand and I just wanted to say that I am thankful!
