Fever with no other symptoms (not C related)

OK - throwing this out there for comments/suggestions -

My daughter came down with a fever Tuesday evening, crept up to 102.7 before coming back down to about 100 with cough/cold medicine (with acetominaphin).....was up and down a little yesterday with it actually being normal at one point.....before creeping back up again last night to around 101.

She has an appetite, but not quite normal...no vomiting, D, headache etc....

I'm thinking a virus of some sort? Anyone hear of anything going around?...my poor little Munchkin,,,HATE seeing her sick!

I'm not sure if anything is going around. Usually you don't hear of stuff this time of year but you can get a bug anytime. Hope she feels better soon!

I know there's a nasty gastroenteritis bug going around, but that would obviously cause nausea, d, etc. I haven't heard of anything that just causes a fever. Hope your little girl feels better soon!

As long as she continues to improve, I wouldn't worry about it.
