Since I have had to wash clothes and the floor mat 4 times this week just due to the fact that when I am sitting on the toilet my stoma decides to activate and "shoot for the floor" I have decided that my stoma is ambitious. It seems like everytime it reaches further and further and is more sneaky about when it's going to "blow". Since it is so ambitious I decided it should be an Olympic event, like the shot put....how far can your stoma shoot?

(I actually had to wash clothes 5 times but once was due to the stoma nurse letting poo run down my side and into my clothes. I figured a stoma nurse would know how to remove a pouch without making a mess.)

If there is a poo shooting event, my Stan is a gold medalist! Stan can shoot a good 3 foot. Probably farther but there have walls in the way! Just think what it was like for me before Stan?

All I'm saying is.. I'm glad we got our previously carpeted bathroom floor tilled!!!

NEVER EVER having carpet in a bathroom ever again!

Mines a dribbler and a farter. Is there a farting sport?

Hahahaha! Reminds me of a conversation with my son Harrison when he was about 6. This was when I still had my j-pouch, before Bilbo the stoma was born. Harrison has been a champion nose blower since he was a baby. Some little kids just cannot blow their nose - he was always a real honker and could blow those boogies out great. I told him he could be Captain of the Olympic Nose-Blowing team. He laughed, and I asked him what team I could be captain of. Without missing a beat, he said, "Duh, the Pooping Team!"

As for Bilbo - he is a SHOOTER. Sucker can launch it 2-3 feet. Standing under the showerhead, he can shoot to hit the far side shower wall!!
