Foot in a pot - changing pouch

I am having foot surgery this week which will leave me on crutches and with a pot on my foot. I normally change my pouch by kneeling in front of the toilet pan but this is going to be very difficult. Has anyone an experience of this, or have any ideas?

Saul, try doing it over the sink, works a treat and no leaning required. Also, if all else fails you could try doing it lying down.

Changing or emptying? Like Terriernut said, change it over a sink or lying down. If you are talking about emptying the bag, I also kneel to empty and find standing to empty quit messy (though I'm working on it). In that case, you might empty into a pan sitting on a counter and then empty the pan into the toilet.

Sometimes I change mine while I'm sitting on the toilet. Like I'll just sit as far back on the seat as I can and then anything that comes out just goes straight down into the toilet.
