Hi, I received this book today as a gift but I started the SCD specific carbohydrate diet last week (I'm on day 8!) and I can't use this book. There are a lot of "illegal" items like breads.

First one who asks for it gets it, I'm willing to pay the $2 shipping for within the continental US - I'd ask anyone outside of the US who requests it to pay for the shipping beyond the $2.
