Hi All!

I'm glad to have found this site. I'm a 30 year old male from Canada who has been living with Crohn's Disease for the past 7 years. Have had two flares so far but I'm learning to manage them. I appreciate the opportunity to exchange idea and vent frustrations with all of you.
