You should check out the diet section on here for some ideas of what to eat. We have a really good "Safe/Unsafe Foods" discussion you should have a look at and it could give you an idea of what others eat, or don't eat to help them feel better. Everyone is different for food as well. Just like you, I too can also eat whatever I want, where as some people are some really strict diets. Basically you just have to do trial and error and it's not a bad idea to have mark down what you eat and how you feel after doing so. This way you can look back and say "I felt pretty good after that meal" or "Yep, definately not eating that again"
