Help pls-- lidocaine on fistula opening seton

I was operated on recently and have opening for seton next to my anus on right check. Has anyone similarly had a similar wound and applied lidocaine to it? I'm
Not in pain but just want a bit of release of the uncomfortable feeling of it. I do wash it with the shower head at least four times a day.

I didn't apply anything to mine after surgery, I just used the sitz bath often.

Agreed, site bath as often as possible. I had an ointment that I can't remember the name of. I will check my stash and let you know the name.

Ok, found it. Calmoseptine is the name of the ointment. Give it a try.
