Hemorrhoids

Hey Guys,

Just a question. Since I've been ill, I've got a lump in my rectum which the doctor found, they say it may be a H but it's been there for nearly a month now. Anyone else had this after being unwell?

P.s I've now got my hospital app 24th dec soo happy!! Finally getting somewhere

Not feeling so well today. My GI has ordered a C Diff and some other tests. We are supposed to go out tonight with my son and his girlfriend. I hope my stomach holds out.

Oh no that is ****!! I hate when you feel ill but your looking forward to a night out. I've been like that for ages, only just went out last wknd it was great!

I've had hemorrhoids last for longer than a month, so yes, it's definitely possible. And my hemorrhoids tend to form after I've been unwell - having a lot of diarrhea seems to trigger them to form. So yes, to me that sounds just like what I've experienced. Did they give you any treatment for it? If it's internal, something like suppositories or enemas could be helpful. I do steroid suppositories for mine and those work quite well. Good luck, I hope it heals up soon!
