There are some tests available commercially for e.g. for Vitamin D2 and D3 deficiency. But they are expensive and I do not see a valid reason for anyone to make the investment just to check one vitamin level.
A comprehensive blood test for deficiencies for a Crohn's patient includes vitamins D, B6, B12 plus mineral deficiencies - iron, magnesium, calcium, zinc etc. It's quite a spectrum of things that should be tested and thus you need a lab doing it (those tests costs quite a bit).
