I am dying drinking this stuff! MoviPrep

I thought My last prep was awful. This is insane how nauseous I am..my last colonoscopy I drank three glasses of miralax and took 4 laxitives and was perfect. I can barely keep this down.

ugh...I feel for you!!! Hopefully it will be done soon....I always try to get the solution as cold as possible, and I close my eyes and hold my nose.....doesn't always work, but sometimes helps!

I just had to take this on Thursday. It was super rough. I puked 1/2 of it up but I ended up still being perfectly fine for the colonoscopy.

I cut a lemon into small pieces and kept a fresh piece in between my teeth while drinking the Go lyteley prep.I still had projectile vomiting half way through it but it was ok for the colonoscopy.
Next time I had miralax and the dulcolax and had no problems.
It is cruel to expect us to drink loads of nauseating stuff when there are preps like miralax.
Soon be over for you----deepest sympathy.

I would gladly take miralax over this any day! I am going so slow not even done w first bottle can't even think about a second one

Good luck, im not sure how I managed to drink all the stuff down. Its hard work to say the least. Have you put some lemon juice in with it to mask the taste?

Hi there, I hope your procedure goes well, and that you can finish the wonderful beverage. I too have a colonoscopy and endoscopy on Friday and have to prep for it starting tomorrow. I just enjoyed my last real meal until Friday or Saturday. Anyways, I'm super freaked out. I hope you aren't. Good luck, and if you can do, that gives me a lot of hope! )

I have no idea why they prescribed this prep. I feel so dehydrated and was unable to drink the second dose. I am going mostly clear with a slight yellow but I did the best I can do. At the end you just have to listen to your body. Next time I am refusing to drink any substance but miralax. At least I can drink that one without almost throwing up. Good luck to everyone with this prep. I've had to drink barium etc but this was the worst for me! Here at mayo clinic now waiting on my lab work then scope I can't wait to be done with this day

Hope all goes well today! Sounds like you should be cleared out enough - I've gone in with slightly yellow output and the doc just washes out as she goes!
