I'm just having a whinge...
After a rubbish few months, I thought Imuran was doing the trick...I was wrong, just spent a weekend away where I got to know every loo going as I had multiple 'OMG, I need to go NOW' moments.
Had several 'almost' accidents, fortunately made it to the loo just in time on each occasion.
Just really hacked off - I thought things were improving, I'm eating fairly regularly and my weight has been going up slowly but steadily. Weighed myself tonight and I'm down 4lbs - not surprised based on the last 2 weeks, but still disappointing.
I'll stick with Imuran/entocort for another 2 weeks till I see the consultant, but it looks like infliximab is on the cards. I really wanted to avoid it - imuran worked so well for me last time.
No point to this really - just fed up. I feel like I ruined a weekend away with dh and ds because I was ill, and I'm sad about it. They're fab about it - it can't be helped. It's me that feels bad.
