Komplete Meal Replacement Shake

So I've been trying to find a meal replacement shake that I can drink to help gain some weight back. I can't bring myself to drink ensure or anything like that because I don't drink milk or like to have soy (it messes me up physically/emotionally).
Anyway, I found these http://shop.katefarms.com they are dairy-free, soy-free, gluten-free, GMO-free, and vegan! The taste is pretty good too, only down side is they are all sold out online! I found them at Sprouts (cheaper then they are online).
Anyone else tried these/seen them/even heard about them?

5 grams of dietary fiber and carrageenan. I would have to pass since I'm low fiber and try to avoid carrageenan.
