And how are you too Angel? I had a feel sorry for me time in the middle of the night, but I let myself get too tired, and doing better now.
 
Hi Angel, thank you, yes I am improving which is good. I have done 3 loads of washing already. Also done a bit of work as well. All good.

I'm going to go now too. Foster daughter came home, arguing, her ODD (oppositional defiance disorder) is very strong today. If I tell her the sky is blue, she says actually it is grey. I say, okay, it is grey. She says Nooooooo, it's not, you know it is purple and starts crying (to try the empathy ploy.) So you agree with her again, and tell her she is arguing, she yells, NO I'M NOT! You never agree with me. Then runs storming to her room. Aaargghh!

Hi Angel, Kirsty and Trev,
I'm awake, just got a shower, but can't stay on long. Hubs is still up and I don't like to be on here at night when he's up. Our time is too precious.
But, I hope you all are doing well and in good health. Been prayin for you all.
I'mdoing good today mostly. Back just hurts from cleaning. But, it will be better tomorrow.
Angel, I sense a good change in you and I'm really happy you came to be with us...:rosette2::ghug: Hugs all around!!!

That may never happen Robert. I know these women and they aren't given to taking abuse from men!!!:ymad: :ghug: They stick together like glue.
 
Yes, cleaning went fast and visit at parents was nice. My Gram slept the whole time though and I didnt get to see her!:(

No, I didn't. But earlier today I thought I felt a rumble, but thought it was a construction truck going by. I think I felt it. Do you know what time our how strong m no on the elder. Bus for us, but horrible nats and flies this year.
 
Duh! I knew that. You told me. When my heart races (rarely now), I get sooooo tired. Can't hardly move. I feel for her.
 
I might not have, then. Usually not felt until 3.0 or higher, and 3.0 is ten times stronger than 2.9. I have felt a couple here in Utah, though.
 
We had one here last summer4.9 in Virginia below us. I was in Glenn's trailor and it was rocking. We didnt know what the heck it was till we heard it on the radio!!
 
It doesn't all the time. When I take [painpills it happens. I probably shouldnt take them, but have to sometimes.
 
I remember when that happened. Unusual enough there to hit news out here. Also, I watch earthquake activity on a local app we have (sporadically) andkept watching the Virginia aftershocks. .Japan gets lit more quakes than people realize also. California gets about 15 quakes a day.
 
Yes, I checkout that website alot too. You see all the earthquakes around the world. Pretty cool we can do that! Where'd you go to dineer?

Anything with a stimulant can affect, like cold medicine, some pain pills, coffee, etc. I was told to give all up (my precious diet coke)
 
Yeah, that's a definate nono and keeps you from losing weight! It also causes leg spasms because it sucks the magnesium right out of your body!:(
 
Yeah, we have a sizzler somewhere near here, but not close. We have Outback steakhouse, Hosses and Longhorn steakhouse and Texas Roadhouse!

So does the carbonation. Diet drinks are worse for you than sugared ones too. They are both really bad. What do you think Trysha?
 
It's the caramel coloring from what I heard. That's why colas are all bad. But diet pop is really supposed to be worse and some actually claim it causes MS!
 
I don't know Hosses, but all the others are better than Sizzler. We had 15 dollar certificate, though.
 
May as well use it and enjoy! Hosses used to be great but went downhill!
You should hear my hubs snoring! I have to get to sleep soon coz I have to get up for group tomorrow morn. Wish you could come! Did you get all the funny emails I sent you?
 
I think any of the artificial sweeteners are really bad. I'm diabetic, and crave sugar more when I drink diet drinks.

Confused.....still new to all these changes going with my lovely tum....I'm sure they would be considered bowel spasms but whatever they may b, they are getting quite strong and ANNOYING

Half the time he doesn't log off, but sometimes he reads the posts just to entertain himself without saying anything.
 
Seems like everyone wanted to complain about something today. Then one hour before youth, I strated to flare because I was getting stressed and I could not run home and get back in time for our meeting to begin. Once my students came I looked so pale and sickly and I was starting to feel weak, but I stuck it out and was ended up having a great meeting! It was a little weird, but it worked out!

I was going to say the same thing almost, minus the eye strain. I know I won't leave it alone, Trev (I'm from the US, you know - snoopy), but I'm really curious about the driving. My sis is blind in one eye and they still let her drive.

when i first lost my sight, my brain soon adjusted and all was fine, after eye surgery i got very slight vision, now my brain wont adjust and i am wearing an eye patch, not as easy as just closing one eye.
