I had to put that emoticon in because I tried to edit a post, and weird things came up. I have a rant coming up. My phone pushed me over an edge. I want to keep up, and I am reading your posts. My rant will be come a little behind the conversation tho. tough beans. I am getting grouchy again. help help help help

This is my (one of many so far) feeling for myself post. (just don't anybody say anything about doctors, unless you want to see mayhem in Utah.)

Hey Sandy try this link, might help solve your frozen ph.
http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=kAG39jKi0lI

I can't. It won't pull up You Tube right now.

And because I'm feeling sorry for myself and because of this comment:

how can you drink that stuff, yuk....

Actually, I'm not supposed to. On top of having seizures and migraines, diabetes, essential tremor (like Doug, but not as bad), arthritis in my right big toe, even after surgery, my toe bone now mottled due to an infection, arthritis in my left shoulder, my hips, and back bad enough to cause numbness and tingling in my arms and hands, "excessive daytime sleepiness" (like narcolepsy, but not as extreme), high blood pressure, bone spurs in my feet, a finger with an ugly scar and still missing half of a fingernail from a bad burn, happened when cooking hard candy with my daughter and probably caused from a seizure, asthma and allergies, a missing gallbladder, a hiatal hernia, acid reflux, my past stroke and probably mini strokes, which creates my cheese grater brain (some things stay, but the rest falls through), a hole in my heart that was repaired (through a vein in my leg fed up to the heart), and since then I have a heart that now sometimes races at 120-140 with a heart murmur when it races. The hole in the heart probably caused my stroke. I'm sure there are things I can't remember. But the powers that be told me no more caffeine. I really only have it now when I have the bad headaches, or for "medicinal" purposes. And since I sort of quit, I now prefer diet Pepsi. But as to regular Coke, (the hard stuff), I agree, yuck!
There. Now you have my health history, which a lot of doctors don't believe either. See, I can relate to your health problems.

And oh, I also take Welchol, like a lot of you, due to other "issues."

dont worry Sandy you didnt frighten me off, just got back from town, needed bread for lunch.

Sandy ---hope you feel better soon.

(Trev---you have a clever twisted way with words almost as good as Ronnie)

I can see I have the winning streak today---I win

Just venting. I like the way everyone banters, even the twisting of words, on this forum (thread).

I'm back

Sandy I'm going to make you feel better - I'm about to bake some honey and ricebubble cake. But in addition to my current active crohns with 9 ulcers (Some fissuring) in small bowel - I also have diabetes, asthma, endometriosis, polycystics ovary syndrome, intercytial cystitis with squaemous metaplasia in bladder, essential tremor, mulitple lesions in my brain, GERD, LERD, high blood pressure, cholestrol issues, I have had three mental breakdowns done of which are related to my health they were due to rape and assult; husband of 12 yrs leaving me; and in 2009 we lost our company and home in the recession.

If we were playing poker - I called  and I would say that we both have a full house -- Big hugs to you  :ghug:

For now I'll take the win and go get me some lunch. By the way - the GI said I was sick and we have a slight improvement in my bloods but its just slight - which is why I still feel like crap.

Hey Doug - here's one for you... the tanks were great.. :roflanim:

:arghmatey_ani::headbang::yoshijumpjoy: :yoshijumpjoy: :runaway::eek:rder:

:highfive:

 :eek:utahere:

Aura-- what a terrible time you have had---I feel your pain.

The rice bubble cake sounds lovely and fascinating wish I was there to share it---

I will give up the win to you

-----err-- just for today though!

To have a happy life you need good friends - I have that here on this forum - with our playfulness; a great husband who looks after me and great friends here in NZ and now virtual friends everywhere :ghug: I am happy, a lot wiser than I used to be, more resilent and can cope with shit quite well :rof: Also I think good food helps

Morning

While America is not around and Down Under has had enough for the day I think the coast is clear for a long stretch of winning. Three hours would be nice!

Morning Robert, whats for breakfast? Three hours, you must be still dreaming mate.

Oysters, yuk. more comments later, but it's after midnight. I just had to get in a win before I stumble down the hall. Aura, thanks and I'm sooooo sorry you have to deal with yours too. Doug is trying to get the dog to go in with him because he is lonely ... Guys, get your minds out of the gutter. Hugs to all of you.
I win.

Just off to take my son to an exam then pick my daughter up from Gravesend - I have to fit some work in at some point, once I have finished the taxi duties.

I'm exhausted trying to catch up with you all.Sandy and Aura, what can I say ?I will NEVER moan again about MY health. But I will continue to WIN WIN WIN !!!!!

Good Afternoon Robert.Forgive me for being concerned, but arn't you being a bit too nice today? Is it the lovely sunshine or something more sinister????

Shouldn't have taken the trouble really.I'm the winner today and every day.I told my Husband so on our wedding day.

Oh dear oh dear oh dear.Do you not know that men will NEVER EVER win an arguement with the opposite sex ?? I WIN. Be told.

Erm point of order - this was posted on the other 'Last one wins' (the one that CLynn has not found yet - thank goodness) by Scottsma.

Now I was trying to get into the spirit of the glorious weather we are having - but not any more. Now I just need time to think of a response

Women always have the last word in an argument. Anything a man adds after that is the beginning of a new argument.

What is this "Other Last One Wins" that you speak of?????

Why yes....yes I would! And you would love to tell me, as this is the 2nd time you have brought it up, I believe, in the last few days. LOL!

Morning, I'm here with a coffee and a win - how are you all? I'm good after a good nights sleep

I'll get to watch the highlights later today. We have most of the ashes series here except 2005 in Auz. We love our cricket too me and hubby that is. Sometimes we get a replay of a session or two otherwise it is just highlight packages. We do have the Eng Windies live - but I need to sleep as some stage and that is normally when you are playing cricket. When I woke up it was finished and the last of the IPL game was on.

I usually get to Lords for one or two days of a Test Match each year - what a great day out. My son plays so I am often out on a Sunday watching him. My best cricket memory was at the SCG back in 1982 for an Australia v England one day match - fantastic atmosphere.

Do you know when New Zealand are back over here - I saw them a few years ago (cannot remember the result).

Yes indeed, summer is here. Just had a GREAT appointment at my neuro, felt like I could not only express myself better, but she heard better. Spent over an hour with her in my 20 minute appointment. Great plan of action in place. Hope to get over the seizures. No matter who posts after, I win. But I will eventually post last.

I know its not cricket but I am sneaking in to take the WIN---
while you are all otherwise occupied

Hubby just cooked breakfast - poached eggs on toast (homemade bread); homemade hash browns; kranskys and bacon with a side order or citrus hollandaise.

Total awesome - done my meds and I think I took pain meds - just cant remember. But I know that I win

He did that Aura because he is so appreciative of the games you and Wolf and play.

:cookie::ytongue:I've been trying to catch up on what is going on the past while, but my puny brain is too small to take it all in, and you people are too confusing anyway. Also, my @¤##*@# phone ate a post I made in reply to Aura yesterday (what day is this? Was that yesterday?). And my post in between that one and this one showed up in the wrong place. And I don't know anything about cricket.
I think Aura's sheep skipping was trying to skip over Doug's tanks, but it didn't work. By the time I finish this post , 12 more will have posted so this won't make sense either. At any rate, I'm sooooo sorry, Aura, that you have had to deal with similar health issues, including past "trauma." Food does help, but I'm too tired to cook (poor Doug), so I just enjoy the smells of whatever you have cooking. But I am starting to be inspired, hopefully new meds will help, and we will be fatter and sassier so we can bug all of our friends here more. I also consider all of you friends. Wouldn't it be fun if we could all meet in person some day? Even you, Robert, with all your cigars?
BTW, still the winner.

Sandy  how wonderful to hear from you - I think you make perfect sense. It dont matter where you come in on the conversation. You do make sense. Yea to medication making a difference! The sheep were an attempt at a stampede - they just couldnt keep there feet on the ground. The shit we go through makes us the wise and wonderful people that we are - it's just good to know that we are not alone here, and yes were do make some fun friends here. Love you all heaps Kirstin

hi ya Aura. sounds like you have a great hubby. and yes, the shite we go through makes us very wise and as my niece once said, tough times make us AWESOME PEOPLE. couldn't agree more. she's wise for a 12 year old. oh btw, WINNING!!! hugs to you.
LOL

Perhaps I'm the winner!!!! We here in New Zealand have to stick together, there aren't many of us out there! and even less with an elephant in the room.

Welcome Wallath - Yahoo! Another Kiwi - yes you got the win and we just sharing now.
GW - Hi ya - how ya doing? I got the fire going tonight.

Remember women always win the argument, and have to get in ... The last word ... The last one wins!

Doug, how did you get in there when I am sitting right here? And what are you crabby for (as if I didn't know)? And what is the Panda with the tiara all about? Aren't you wearing your glasses again?

BTW, texting is a great way to discuss your children in front of them.

:emot-sax::emot-sax::mario2::mario2::banana::banana::applause: :luigi::emot-sax:

Oh you poor people - it is glorious up here on top of the world.

Gutless - forget it - this win is mine - I have worked hard at it.

Wallath - we all have more than enough trouble from Down Under as it is - but you're very welcome - as long as you do not try to win

Aura - thanks for that
