Medical marijuana for fistulas?

I have had some bad fistulas since March of last year. Very little other symptoms but I have four setons that drain and cause pain all the time. I'm on the GAPS diet, Ldn, and Humira and nothing is healing them.

Has anyone healed fistulas with medical marijuana? If so, how? In what form? How long did it take?

ARRGHH, NO ANSWER??

I'm not liking this. . . i have complex fistulae in Sphincter. All meds for it create such bad side effects i cannot function. If it weren't a matter of the fistulae getting much worse over time, i would not even treat them i would rather live with the gauze and such.
