Nausea...man o man.

Today is a doozy.

Nausea, nausea, nausea.

I hate to vomit though so I am avoiding that solution. I'm tempted to take a pill but I only have 3 left and I want those for the times when I can't stand the nausea. This is almost to that point but since I'm not throwing up my toenails, I'm trying to hold out.

Does that make any sense?

God, I just want it to leave.

Any rhyme or reason to these bouts when they get bad... diet, lack of sleep, stress? ... Like, I was getting that... but it was from the way I was taking my meds OR if my system slowed down. Once I clued in on those triggers of mine, I was able to reduce these spells... I still get them occasionally, but I can pretty much see the early signs and head them off at the pass. Even a liquid/soft diet.
