Need some help

I was positive a week ago that I was battling hemorrhoids. Now, I'm not so sure.

I'm having trouble going and it hurts. What seems odd to me is that it hurts a couple inches inside, not at the opening. Could this still be hemorrhoids?

I have a pillcam test tomorrow. I will definitely ask about it when I go tomorrow. I was just wondering if anyone here has/had something similar.

I have not had pain like that. The pains I have in there are strange twingey things that are not related to a bm. I think of them as a note from my fistulas.

Are you bleeding when you go? Any fever at all?

There is some blood, but none when I wipe. I always have a temp around 100. Nothing higher

Any chance you might have an abscess? For me when that is going on I can feel a tender lump in my butt cheek near my rectum.

I've never had one before, so I really don't know. I'll ask them tomorrow what's going on. Whatever it is, it seems to be blocking me up slightly.

I just looked up abscesses, and it does seem to fit well enough. Definitely need to ask about it tomorrow.

No the temperature has been around for about 3 years.
