Hi I am new to this site, I was diagnosed with Chrons and IBS last year, got it under control, and then was in denial and went off meds and had a flare up again. Now my doc has me on Humaria however Im concerned with the side effects of the med. Cancer is scary so ive been thinking about trying to change my diet and get off meds for the most part. The idea of marijuana has crossed my mind we just had a place go in that gets you your medical card. I just wanted to get some of your ideas about how it has helped with the pain etc. Any advice would be appreciated. I feel tired all the time this is my worst part of the crohns

Lots of information in the forum regarding it.
I medicate at night. Either eating or smoking, although quite often both. I find it helps with: pain, cramping, insomnia and I have less bowel movements the next day. BMs are also better formed. I find that if I go for a few days without smoking then my BMs increase, and become much softer.

This.

I'll also add nausea to the list.

EDIT: I only smoke. Haven't eaten it in a while. And I smoke during the day, as well.

That's what forgot, nausea. I only get in in an active flare, so I forgot about it. The reason i only smoke at night is due to work, I'm fairly light weight so it still knocks me on my ass.
