Nigging pain in my tummy

Hi everyone wondering if anyone can help me where ive had my appendics removed, for the past few days now ive just been getting this deep nigging pain that is siutated just above the appendics scar and goes really hard when i press down on it, the pain goes and comes back again but makes me all sweaty an d hot? Any ideas

How long ago did you have it removed? Could be a bunch of things.....from adhesion to abcess to possiblt even kidney stone(s) working around....of course there are other things it could be too.....

No ideas but that doesn't sound good. Do you have a fever? You might want to call your doctor.

I keep getting really hot and sweaty and thenj getting chills, and i had them removed in 2008, When i get the pain it just feels like a hard lump thats there.

The appendix is right in the area where the ileum and colon meet too. I can't remember if you have been diagnosed with Crohn's or not, but a lot of people experience pain in that region when they are having flare-ups or, like pasobuff said, have an abscess (I had one!). Many people end up getting their appendix removed by accident in their journey to get a Crohn's diagnosis. Just a thought. Definitely let your doc know though. Abscesses are a big deal and since you are having chills and sweats that's another worrying sign. A trip to the hospital may be in order! Keep us updated!

think you've suffered enough now! you've gotta go to A&E and get seen by someone, you've been like this for weeks! sorry to be so blunt, but you're doing yourself no favours ignoring this, you're obviously active and the pain where you describe could be narrowing, so go to hospital
