I have like a cold sore but its also a bit like an ulcer in the corners of my lips and I'm having night swets asswell I have had 2 infusions and still weak I actually lost weight constipated dunn o what the hell is going on.

I had a blood test on wednesday if its another infection I'm gonna have the op as I keep geting infections and sick of feeling like shit i'm done I can't even be bothered waiting for the 3rd infusion if I have constant infections whats the point

I hear your frustration and you are entitled!

With your guts as bad as they are, and your nutritional status so poor, I would think you need to go on a complete liquid diet for a while. I know you were looking into Ensure Plus or similar. Lack of B group vitamins and certain minerals can make it really hard for those ulcers to heal, as can protein deficiency. The night sweats are part of the Crohns immune response.
I think it's too early to know if the Infliximab will work for you. I believe it will help in the long run. You do need to get some good nutrition whatever you choose to do, and in your physical state that will be difficult without the nutritionally complete drinks. Are you normally prone to constipation - if so there are things to help depending on the type of constipation.
Hey good luck, I know it can get so overwhelming.

yeah I'm having constipation issues i took some coloxyl stool softner and nothing going to talk to my gii tomoz and see what he says
