Noises and moving sensations from gallbladder area?

Ok i may sound alittle stupid but do any of y'all have weird moving sensations coming from your gallbladder area I have no idea what it is or am I just crazy my tummy starts off with loud noises then moves to my gallbladder area feeling like it jumps or kinda like when a baby kicks almost I think I'm losing it

I get something like this, I'm hoping its gas but it might also be a fistula forming. I've had a few from my colon to my ass cheeks (4 of them) but now with this new flare up who know. Thank god my next infusion is this week. No question is stupid with crohns
