I haven't been feeling the best lately. Lots of nausea, lack of appetite, and then when I get hungry I feel nauseous when I eat. I've noticed more gas since I've been eating less. Not just a little, but a lot. It seems like (I noticed this before, when I would first eat breakfast) that shortly after eating something, if it has been more than a few hours since I last ate, or it was a small meal, I get a ton of gas shortly after eating.
It doesn't make any sense why this would happen. I've not changed what I'm eating, either. Just less quantity, and less frequently. Anyone else ever experienced this?
