Hi. I originally tried to join in April, and I couldn't register a name I've been using for 7+ years. I figured patience would win me the chance to use it... but something weird's going on. I don't think the admin got my last two emails at all, because his last email seemed to suggest that he didn't receive the one I'd sent, and he hasn't responded to the one following it.

I wanted to properly introduce myself when things got all sorted out, but continuing to email probably won't work.

hi William - i can't find any emails in our Crohn's Forum account from anyone with the name William Reel - if you used a different name in the emails, please could you pm me with the details so i can check if we received them or not.

i am not sure why there would be an issue with the username you wanted to use - unless it contains one of the words which have been banned, for the purpose of reducing spam registrations.

if you could let me know, also by pm, what the username was, i can look into this too.

Hey William dont give up. When I first got on here 2.5 years ago, I started out as one name and got deleted by mistake. This forum went under many changes and some posts and users got bumped by error. Please hang in there, we are there to support you..things happen, don't go away!

emailing our crohnsforumadmin@gmail address is always a good and reliable way to get in touch with us, if you cannot do it via the forum. there is no evidence to suggest that emails to that address haven't been delivered, and in fact i found a few replies to you from Mike.

i have pm'd you with a suggestion, William - please let me know your reply as soon as you can. thanks.
