Pin pricking sensation in skin around mid section

Hello all crohnies,
I am sorry for you and hope you get the help you need and the comfort in your heart that only Christ can give.
I had a third of my colon removed about three years ago. I am now having a constant pin pricking sensation in my skin around my lower stomach from pelvis to pelvis around my navel area. I was wondering if anyone has had this condition.

Sounds more neurological than gastrointestinal to me. Either way sounds like you should check it out.
