Plug surgery, need support!

I am scheduled for a plug surgery.

Wondering if anyone has advice to help make this successful?

Per dr request I will do a fleet enema the night and morning before.

I have read suggestions for liquid diets for a few days after surgery. wondering what kind of liquids I may drink? I am on a low fodmap diet. Which drinks will have enough calories...
