Soooooo I tend to deal with a TON of C I literally can go a week without having a movement, and then to have one it requires me taking a full does of a lax, possibly even taking another dose the next day. C certainly does not help with other pain, just kinda adds too.....ok my point. I HATE taking a lax to get myself moving does anyone know of natural ways to get things going? I am GF/DF and soy free so it does have to fit(or be easy to modify) thanks! Open to any ideas that would aviod taking stupid lax to be able to poop
