Pop up is ANNOYING

What is this annoying pop up, i x it out and it pops up over and over bounces then gets small only to pop up again, and again. It covers what i try to read. This thing is so irritating that i am not liking the having to continue to click it off. Who ever put this on can you please put it on one page instead of every page and when you x off it please make it stop popping up. This is a bother. Sorry

Yes, it's driving everybody bananas - there seem to be more threads started on this topic now than there are about any of our ailments! And not surprising.

It sure has made me not want to come on here. Omygosh, i went to add a lil smiles face and a lady face popped up 'ask a question' REALLY?
