Thank kit:) I am happy to report had 2 bm today not the normal but it were there, my llq are very tender even to move. Now i dont know if this could be a flare
 
Oh Christi. That is progress I think but now I'm praying for fill recovery. When is the GI open?

Ron, praying for your test next week.
 
Optimistic only next month and GP also on holiday so i do need to get another GP for now ill see how it goes
 
Thanking you all for your prayers this week for my soon. I feared he was going into a flare after 1.5 good years. As of today he is doing better, eating some, pain gone, nausea almost gone and not getting sick. I guess this is a praise!

Hope you are all having good days. I'll continue to pray for open issues and look for news.

pS. My son was amazed that people who knew what he is going thru from all around the world were praying for him.
 
Praying. I just had one last Friday, Ron. It'll be done before you know it, it goes real quick. I'll pray they figure what's going on with you and is easily fixable, if you pray for the same for me. I hope we don't have to wait long for the results. Many hugs. :hug:
 
sandy i still have pain but fever seems fine 37.2 had nausea this morning but better for now. Im going to ring the GI they need to check this out. Although they are closed im going phone again.

They suspect a abdominal abscess. I miss my bed and i do not like being in hosp. Im sending prayers to everyone

Hi optimistic i have a very good GI doc he admitted me straight away and doing urgent tests. I slept okay they must just be quik and do what they need to
 
Sending prayers too. I know how it feels to spend Christmas in the hospital, I did it myself three or four years ago. :hug:

Got discharged today on allot of meds now turns out the crohns are also in the cecum now and have fluid in my abdomen. Im so happy im home in time for xmas. Thank you to everyone for the prayers :)
 
Thanks mandy :) i will just take things easy for a while. I am off to bed now im so tired and sore. Xmas are tomorrow but a merry xmas to all. :)

Thanks , Optimistic. I have been started up on Entocort again and seeing a specialist at Georgetown Hospital next month.
 
My turn, I had an upper GI series yesterday and the barium has left me so constipated I can't stand it. They advised to drink a lot of water so that wouldn't happen, but because of other health problems I slept about 20 of the next 24 hours, and although I drank every time I woke up, it apparently wasn't nearly enough. I've never had such sore muscles in my life and I feel like I will have a heart attack with much more straining. (I have a history of some minor heart problems and a history of stroke.) It's definitely aggravated some hemorrhoid problems and I hope hasn't caused any prolapse problems. Doug is on his way to pick up a stool softener. Still, please pray. As I said, I can't take much more.
 
Thanks all, doing much better, although now have the cramps and D. Really thought I was going to have a heart attack if went much longer the other way, tho. Natural childbirth was easier. . .
But much, much better. Thank you so much. 🙏 Prayers mean a lot more from my friends. 💜 💛
 
Sandy glad your on the mend hun. Prayers are said each day for all my friends on here. We all need all the help we can get be it spiritual or medical or just someone caring. 💕💋

I too pray for every one of you each day. I don't have ibd, but my som does. I'm in awe that you all can suffer with this disease and still have such deep concern for others. I hope good things come back to all of you.

Aw, thanks Optimistic! When I signed up for this forum, I too said I don't have an IBD, my sweetheart of a husband does, but I had plenty of my own health issues so felt like I fit in. Now I'm starting to wonder if I do have an IBD in addition (but it may be good ol' IBS and diabetes that caused some nerve damage that caused muscle spasms in bowel and bladder.) At any rate, I'm almost recovered from my test that isn't supposed to cause any problems the other day, that they are saying looked normal. (As usual, I talk too much.)
I don't know how a parent watches their child have a serious health condition like crohn's or colitis 😨. I would be a basket case. (Way worse than I am. )
I too pray and care about all my friends here.
 
My prayers can take me ages as I have so many people who I pray for. All of you here most mentioned by name and some under the general umbrella of crohn's friends. But pray I will as we need all the help we can get. I send you all the love n support in the world my friends.

Ta Ron .im ok but my joints are having afield day . Waiting for a bus home in cold n damp for 2hrs because of a lot of accidents caused by black ice earlier in the day.. Not good for my old bones ☺
