Predfoam advice

Hello all,

Just been prescribed Predfoam for 14days. I just want some advice... When it says insert into rectum, does that mean just entry will suffice or do I have to put it in more. Basically it doesn't say how far I stick the tube in??

Any help would be grand x

I tried Predfoam...for me it burned horribly at the time because I had bleeding hemorrhoids when I used it.
Aside from that you should use it at bedtime and lay down right after use so that it properly penetrates...the applicator is much shorter than for other rectal medications but somehow it does stay in better than mesalamine, I found.

insert the tube as far as possible. I still have my old Cortifoam applicator and it is about 2 inches long.
