I was wondering with you good people. If cutting down proceed foods. Soups, frozen foods, lunch meats ect. Helps? I have a heart condition. Now for 4 years and was ok before. I thought! But now make my own pizza, soups, turkey chile. All less salt and fats. I'm still thin saw two doctors this week. Was in the ER. For chest pains . Fine now and weight 108. I'm only 5/1. I had a flair up 6 months a go. I'm go to the gym and work out. I do treat my self once in a while! Salads with grilled chicken. Pop( soda) caffeine once in a great while! I did it all slowly I drink lots of water. Now if I eat foods of other peoples or processed foods I can't east the salt and fat! Yuck! We can do we can do. And God will do what we cannot do!
