Prometheus Serology 7 test

Hi folks,,,anyone familiar with the Prometheus Serology 7 test panel?? I hear this test is very subjective and the "false positive" rates are very high..Proof in point,,I had my Colon removed (total proctocolonectomy (?) 1995),,the Serology 7 report came back as 95% positive for UC,,,really folks?? I have no Colon,,so in the end my Dr. is calling it Crohns I guess for lack of anything else,,Thoughts from any of my Cimzia friends would be helpful..take care,,::

The Prometheus tests are known for being unreliable. I've had it done twice and both times seemed to get an accurate result - the first time reporting 98% positive for Crohn's, and the second time, while I was in remission, showing a negative result. It's somewhat hit-or-miss.

Were you diagnosed with Crohn's or UC?

I was UC diagnosed. But all symptoms pointed to CD. So I'm being treated for CD with Cimzia.
