Hi all,
I had surgery last week for a seton that starts about midway on my inner butt cheek and goes down beside my anus. I find it hard to sit straight, this seems to put the most pressure and I also seem to have some pain in the nerve area at times. My main issue currently is that the last two days when I sneezed there was air that came out at the top of the seton, previously I was having air get caught somehow where my abscess was, has anyone had any experience with my symptoms? Also with your sitz baths are you using soap or epsom salts? Thanks
